Protecting Your Accounts
Recently, scammers have been calling members claiming to be from “Tampa Postal FCU’s Fraud Department.” Their goal is to obtain your Social Security Number, Credit or Debit Card details, and/or other sensitive information.
Tampa Postal FCU will NEVER call, text, or email requesting:
- Your Full Account Number
- Your Full Debit or Credit Card Details
- Your Social Security Number
If you receive a call, text, or email requesting sensitive financial or personal information, hang up or do not respond to the message.
Instead, contact Tampa Postal FCU directly at 813.264.4969 or 800.782.4899 to verify whether the communication was legitimate.
